Blueprint for Engineering is an expert advisory practice that advises strategic leaders and technologists on holistic digital transformation in engineering and technology firms. The work focuses on diagnosing, assessing, and planning for supporting human and organizational issues that arise during the digitization process that influence organizational impact.

For the last 17 years, she has applied systems and human factors engineering principles, methodologies, and models across several fields to design systems that support human and technology performance and ensure business goals and objectives are met.

Sara is also a Lecturer in the Interdisciplinary Professional Programs in the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she teaches classes on human factors engineering and smart manufacturing.

Sara holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
