How do companies, strategic leaders, and technologists take advantage of the promise of digital transformation? Across industries, advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and AV/VR are transforming how industries create and deliver value. However, the ability to implement these technologies and leverage their potential is just as dependent on the people, organizational structure, and cultural factors as it is the technology. In this session, participants will learn a holistic approach to digital transformation and understand that benefits may be realized when digital investments are combined with organizational adjustments.
Participants will learn about the landscape of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and how the people, processes, and organization of work greatly influences the effectiveness of technological change. From there, participants will learn about an elegant framework that they can use to describe the changes and impact of digital transformation on humans and work. Lastly, there will be time for questions from the audience and case study examples.
